Born in 2012 as a conventional practice, we chose in 2017 to rebuild our methods with conscience. Today, Synergy Greenfra creates site-responsive, future-safe spaces with earth, lime, stone and reclaimed timber — buildings that breathe, exist in harmony, and endure.
Synergy Greenfra began in 2012 as a conventional construction practice. In five years we delivered over 70,000 sq. ft. across homes, healthcare spaces, temples and interiors. The work was steady. The growth was certain.
And then we paused.
It wasn’t a market pause, it was a moral one. We saw trees treated as obstacles. Rainwater harvesting filed under “optional”. Residual paints contaminating soil with toxic binders and heavy metals, destroying its fertility, stunting plant growth and disrupting the ecosystem beneath our feet.Speed and convenience wearing the mask of progress. In 2017, we chose to change not what we built, but how we build.
Today, we work with earth, lime, stone and reclaimed timber — materials that belong to place and keep future options open without harm. The result is simple and demanding: buildings that breathe and stand the test of time.
We began asking a different question: Will this choice leave the land as it was before construction? If not, we design again.
Our artisans are the soul of Synergy Greenfra. With skilled hands and deep understanding, they don’t just shape earth, lime, stone and reclaimed timber — they know why each step matters. Every wall, surface and detail bears their dedication, patience and respect for material and purpose, turning architecture into living craft that breathes, endures and resonates.
